Observation

2)c) There was a corded mixer in one of the lower drawers in the kitchen. The drawer is at child level and is not inaccessible to children as required. This was removed by the licensee during the inspection. 2)d) There were several drawers in the kitchen with plastic bags in them including plastic trash bags, gallon-size ziploc bags, and other storage bags. The drawers are at child level and are not inaccessible to children as required. The plastic bags were all removed by the licensee during the inspection. 3)g) There was a Radio Flyer tricycle in the outdoor play area that was missing a pedal and both handlebar grips. It was not in good condition and the licensee removed it from the play area during the inspection. The wooden playhouse has loose, plastic window frames with exposed screws accessible to children.
